Paul Crook is a British
contemporary artist who works principally in acrylics. His works
reflect his fascination with the urban landscape, with places and spaces
and what they represent to him in terms of his own personal experience.
He enjoys painting as a process of adding and taking away, and uses an
acidic colour palette in a very striking way.
studied his BA in Fine Art in Falmouth School of Art, and then his MA
Fine Art at Birmingham Polytechnic. He lives and works as an artist and
art lecturer in Warwickshire, and has exhibited since graduating in both
the UK and overseas.
